1. Introduction & Scope

WebDex Inc., doing business as Vende Digital ("Vende," "we," "us," and "our"), provides B2B go-to-market services. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit vendedigital.com and our related subdomains, including assessment.vendedigital.com (together, the "Site"), read our content, complete a form, register for an event, or otherwise engage with us — and the choices you have about it.

This policy covers information we collect for our own marketing, sales, and operations. It does not cover data we process for clients when delivering our services (that data is governed by our client agreements), or third-party sites we link to. Our Site is intended for U.S. audiences; if you visit from outside the United States, see "International Visitors" below.

Where state privacy laws apply — including the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act and the California Consumer Privacy Act — the "Your Privacy Rights" section explains the rights they give you and how to use them.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways: what you give us directly, what we collect automatically, and what we receive from third parties.

Information you provide. When you complete a form, request a consultation, contact us, download a guide, register for an event such as our B2B Growth Show, or complete our Pipeline Growth Assessment, we collect what you submit — typically your name, business email address, phone number, company name, and job title, along with anything you include in a message or your assessment responses.

Information we collect automatically. When you visit the Site, our analytics and advertising providers and we automatically collect technical information — your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the site or ad that referred you, and how you interact with our content — using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. Our Cookie Policy describes these technologies and your choices, and "Cookies & Tracking" below explains how consent works.

Information we receive from third parties. We use a visitor-identification service that can identify some business visitors at the individual level — associating your visit with your name, business role, company, and business email address — by matching device and browser characteristics against the provider's existing business-contact data, even if you do not submit a form. This runs only in the United States and only after you consent through our cookie banner. We use it to understand who is engaging with our content and to inform our marketing and sales outreach. You can withdraw consent, opt out, and request deletion of information collected this way, as described in "Your Privacy Rights."

We do not seek to collect sensitive personal information — such as government-issued ID numbers, health data, precise geolocation, or biometric data — through the Site, and we ask that you not submit it.

3. How We Use Your Information

To respond to you and deliver what you request. We answer inquiries, provide the guides and content you request, register you for events such as our B2B Growth Show, and deliver your Pipeline Growth Assessment results.

To market and sell our services. We send marketing communications and newsletters, tell you about relevant services and events, tailor the content you see, and inform our sales outreach — including outreach based on how you engage with our Site. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, and where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it.

To advertise. Working with advertising platforms, we show relevant ads to you and similar professionals, and measure how our ads perform. Some of this qualifies as "targeted advertising" and "sharing" under state privacy laws; "Your Privacy Rights" explains how to opt out.

To operate, improve, and secure the Site. We use information — especially the technical information collected automatically — to understand how the Site is used, improve our content and offerings, maintain performance, and protect against fraud and abuse.

To comply with the law and protect our rights. We use information as needed to meet legal obligations, enforce our agreements, and protect the rights, safety, and property of Vende, our clients, and others.

Where a law requires your consent for a particular use, we obtain it first.

4. How We Share Your Information

We share personal information in the circumstances below. We do not sell your personal information in exchange for money.

Service providers. We share information with vendors that perform services for us — including our CRM and marketing platform (HubSpot), our analytics providers, our consent-management provider, and our email, event, hosting, and security providers. They may use it only to provide services to us.

Advertising and analytics partners. We work with advertising platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn to deliver and measure advertising, so we can reach people who have engaged with our content and professionals who resemble our customers.

Visitor identification. As described above, we use a visitor-identification provider that, after you consent, matches business visitors against its existing business-contact data to identify them at the individual level. We use the result to understand who is engaging with us and to inform our marketing and sales.

Event co-sponsors. When you register for an event we host with one or more partners — such as our B2B Growth Show — we share your registration details, including your name and business email address, with those co-sponsoring partners. They are independent companies that may contact you with their own marketing, under their own privacy policies. We identify the co-sponsors when you register, so you know who will receive your information before you sign up.

Legal and safety. We disclose information when required by law or legal process, or when necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Vende, our clients, or others.

Business transfers. If Vende is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. It will remain subject to this policy or a successor policy.

At your direction. We share information when you ask us to or otherwise consent.

Some of this sharing — particularly our advertising and visitor identification — may be considered "targeted advertising," "sharing," or a "sale" under state privacy laws, even though we receive no money for it. You can opt out, and we honor recognized opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control. See "Your Privacy Rights." We do not share sensitive personal information for these purposes.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our Site uses cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site, understand how it is used, and support our marketing and advertising. Some are strictly necessary for the Site to work; others — for analytics, advertising, and visitor identification — are not.

We load non-essential cookies and tags only after you consent through the banner shown when you arrive. You can accept or decline by category and change your choices anytime using the preferences link in the banner. We also honor recognized browser opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control, where applicable law requires.

Our Cookie Policy lists the specific cookies we use, what each does, and how long it lasts. Because our tools change over time, that policy is the authoritative, current source; this section explains the general approach.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, state privacy laws — including the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act and the California Consumer Privacy Act — give you rights over your personal information. Where those laws apply, you can ask us to confirm and give you access to the information we hold information about you, give you access to it, correct it, delete it, or provide a copy in a portable format. You can also opt out of the sale of your personal information and of sharing, targeted advertising, and profiling, and you will not be treated differently for exercising any of these rights. Because we do not collect sensitive personal information through the Site, rights specific to sensitive data do not apply.

To make a request, email us at info@vendedigital.com. To opt out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising, you can also use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" control in our cookie banner, and we honor the Global Privacy Control signal from your browser. We take reasonable steps to verify your identity before acting on a request, usually by confirming details we already hold, and you may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

We respond to verifiable requests within 45 days and will tell you if we need a permitted extension. If we decline a request, you may appeal by emailing info@vendedigital.com with "Appeal" in the subject line; we will respond within 60 days, and if we deny the appeal, you may raise the matter with your state attorney general.

7. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, then delete it or remove information that identifies you. How long that is depends on the type of information and why we hold it — for example, we keep contact and CRM records while you are a prospect, client, or active subscriber and for a reasonable period afterward, and marketing information until you unsubscribe or become inactive. We keep some information longer when the law requires it or when we need it to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Site is intended for businesses and professionals, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and we will delete it if we learn we have.

10. International Visitors

Vende is based in the United States, and our Site is intended for U.S. audiences. If you access it from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. Wherever you are, we extend the core rights described above — to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information — to anyone who asks.

11. Changes to This Policy and How to Contact Us

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above, and if the changes are significant, we will give more prominent notice. If you have questions about this policy or how we handle your information, contact us at info@vendedigital.com or by mail at:
