AI POLICY
Last updated July 21, 2026
1. Our Approach to AI
AI is part of how we work. As a firm that helps B2B companies adopt AI across their marketing and revenue operations, we use these tools in our own work every day — and we hold ourselves to the standards we set for our clients. This policy explains how we use AI, how we protect the information involved, and the limits we place on ourselves.
Our approach is straightforward: AI helps our team work faster and sharper, but people remain responsible for everything we produce. We treat it as a tool that supports human judgment, not a substitute for it.
2. How We Use AI
We use AI tools to support our work, not to replace the people doing it. In our services, that means help with research, drafting and editing content, analyzing data and campaign performance, and building and organizing prospect and audience information. In our own operations, we use it to work more efficiently across marketing, sales, and internal tasks. The platforms we use are established, business-grade tools chosen for their security and data-protection standards. AI assists at various points, but it is always one input into a process our team directs and finishes.
3. Human Oversight & Accountability
Nothing we deliver to a client is produced by AI alone. Every AI-assisted deliverable is reviewed, edited, and approved by a member of our team before it goes out, and a person is always accountable for the final work. AI can speed up how we reach a draft or an analysis, but the judgment about what's accurate, appropriate, and on-strategy stays with us.
4. How We Protect Data
When we use AI in our work, we protect the information involved. The tools in our stack are configured so that the data we put into them is not used to train the providers' models, and we handle client and prospect information in these tools with the same care described in our Privacy Policy and required by our agreements with clients.
5. Our Boundaries
There are things we won't do with AI. We don't use it to deceive — no fabricated reviews, fake endorsements, or content designed to impersonate real people. We don't use it to manipulate, discriminate against, or unfairly target individuals. And we don't treat AI output as fact without checking it; accuracy is our responsibility, not the tool's.
6. Questions & Contact
We're glad to talk about how we use AI, including on your specific work — just ask. Because AI tools and best practices change quickly, we'll update this policy as our practices evolve. Questions? Reach us at info@vendedigital.com.
